Bulk Liquid Transfer

This application applies to any bulk liquids that cross from the quayside to a vessel that may be considered marine polluntants.

Relevent guidance is available via Local Notice to Mariners

Southampton VTS require a minimum of 24 hours notice to review and approve the application

Vehicles without prior concent will be refused access to the dock estate
