PORT WASTE MANAGEMENT - A Guide for Clubs and Marinas

The revised booklet for port waste management has been publishednby the RYA, and is available from the link above. This explains the requirements for the 2003 regulations.

All clubs and marinas with shore side facilities are required under these and the previous regulations to have a port waste management plan. All plans should be revised under the new regulations and the revisions submitted to the MCA as soon as possible.

Please note that ABP has no responsibility for these individual plans, which must be produced by clubs and marinas themselves.
